What Coder Crew is.
Coder Crew is a US-registered studio that builds custom AI and automation for established small businesses. We take the work a company still does by hand — answering calls, capturing and qualifying leads, quoting, scheduling, moving data between tools — and build systems that do it instead. The company was founded in 2020 and is led by Mustafa Shaheen. Our engineering team is in Lahore, Pakistan.
What we build.
AI phone and text agents — systems that answer every call and message, ask your qualifying questions, and book the job or route the lead.
Lead capture and follow-up — inbound leads answered in under a minute, scored, and handed to the right person with the full transcript.
Back-office automation — quoting, scheduling, and the data your team retypes between tools.

How we work.
Every engagement starts with a paid audit, not a proposal. We spend a week inside the operation, find the manual work that costs the most, and build a working demo of AI doing a piece of it. The fee is credited toward the build, and refunded if we find nothing worth automating. When we do build, the go-live date goes in writing, and if we miss it you don't pay.
Mustafa runs the audit, designs the system, and writes the code. There are no account managers and no handoffs between the person you talk to and the person who builds it.
Who we work with.
Owner-run companies that are past the startup stage and running real volume through manual process. Our three focus industries are home-service trades, freight brokerages, and real estate brokerages. We also build in construction, healthcare, education, and professional services.
What we don't do.
We don't sell hourly development or staff augmentation.
We don't resell someone else's platform under our name.
We don't do blockchain, VR, or e-commerce store builds. That was earlier work and it is not what this company does now.
We don't take on work we can't put a fixed price and a date against.
A note on older listings.
Some third-party business directories still describe Coder Crew as a web, blockchain, and VR development agency, and some list an hourly rate. Those entries describe work from before 2025 and are out of date. What this page says is current. We sell fixed-price systems and a fixed-price audit, and the prices are published on our pricing page.
The team.
Coder Crew is led by Mustafa Shaheen, founder and chief executive. He has spent a decade shipping production software — web platforms, internal systems, and mobile apps live on both the App Store and Google Play. The engineering team operates from Lahore, Pakistan, and the studio is registered in the United States.
