What Coder Crew is.
Coder Crew builds the clearance check title and escrow agencies still do by hand: the comparison that finds what is missing or does not match before closing day. It runs across seven documents — purchase contract, commitment, deed, closing disclosure, payoff letter, estoppel and lender closing instructions. The company was founded in 2020 and is led by Mustafa Shaheen.
What we build.
The clearance check — missing documents and discrepancies surfaced with the source field behind each one, and a reviewer in front of every action.
Production integration — nothing connects to your system during the proof. In production the check reads from your system where it allows it and from exports where it does not, and writes nothing until you approve each write in writing.
How we work.
Every engagement starts with the Clearance Proof Sprint. The acceptance test is agreed before we start. We then spend a week on one anonymized file, build a working check, and show what it catches. The fee is refunded in full if the proof cannot pass that test after one cure window of up to five business days. Production is quoted as a fixed price with a go-live date in writing.
Title and escrow only.
Coder Crew builds for title and escrow only. Legal descriptions and payoff dates are not a trade you learn between projects.
Who runs the sprint.
Coder Crew is led by Mustafa Shaheen, who has spent a decade shipping production software, most recently document extraction and comparison systems. The company's first years were web and mobile builds; today it builds clearance checks for title and escrow only.
Common questions.
- What happens if the proof does not pass the acceptance test?
- You get one cure window of up to five business days. If the proof still cannot pass, the Clearance Proof Sprint fee is refunded in full.
- Does a person still make the decisions?
- Yes. Every check we build has a reviewer step you define — nothing changes in your file, and no action is taken, without a person approving it first.
