Problem/Opportunity

Trim identified a critical need for user-friendly features in its app. One challenge was to enable customers to easily locate nearby hairstylists. Additionally, a seamless booking process with cancel and refund features and detailed hair stylist profiles were essential. To manage user activity effectively, an admin panel was also required.

Solution

Understanding these challenges, our development team embarked on creating an app that transcends convenience. The integration of swiping features empowered users to select their preferred hairstylists and services. Google tracking technology was harnessed to pinpoint nearby hairstylists, ensuring convenience at its best. The option of three hairstylist tiers—top, middle, and junior—with varying price ranges catering to diverse customer budgets. Additionally, users gained the flexibility to cancel bookings and receive refunds for their appointments. Trim faced challenges with appointment times differing based on user locations. Our team resolved this by syncing the server for accurate time zones. Later, storage app permissions in Android and bank details were also altered.
