1. Who We Are

Coder Crew LLC is a Delaware limited liability company providing software development and workflow-automation services. This policy explains what information we collect through codercrew.xyz, how we use it, and the choices you have. Contact: hello@codercrew.xyz.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, company name if provided, phone number if provided, the content of your message, and whether you checked the optional SMS consent box. We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not purchase or acquire contact information from third-party data brokers.

When you submit the contact form, we also record the IP address the submission came from. We use this only to detect and prevent abuse of the form, such as repeated automated submissions. It is not used for analytics, advertising, or tracking you across the site, and it is never shared with third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and conduct calls or meetings you request, to deliver services under an agreed engagement, and to send you the specific message types you consented to receive. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. Text Messaging and Mobile Information

Providing a phone number on our contact form is optional. We send SMS only to numbers where the sender actively checked the consent box, which is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message types are limited to replies to questions you send us, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, missed-appointment follow-ups, and project status updates for active clients. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies based on your own inquiry and appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages, after which you will receive one final confirmation. You may reply HELP for support contact information and opt-out instructions.

Mobile information and text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected through our contact form are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes. 5. Service Providers

We use a small number of third-party processors to operate the site and communicate with you: Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for database storage, Resend for transactional email delivery, Twilio for SMS delivery, Calendly for meeting scheduling, and Google Analytics for aggregate measurement of site usage.

Apollo.io — website visitor identification. Stores an identifier in your browser's local storage and sends page-visit events to Apollo's collection endpoint (aplo-evnt.com) to match visits to companies, so we can see which organizations view our site. Company-level only; we do not use person-level identification.

These providers process data only as needed to perform those functions and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. These providers host infrastructure; nobody outside Coder Crew works on a client file.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain records of any resulting engagement, and thereafter as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@codercrew.xyz.

7. Client Sample Files

Sample files provided for a Proof Sprint (including the Clearance Proof Sprint) are used only to build and test the agreed check. They are stored in the systems named in that engagement's data-flow brief, are not shared with any third party beyond those named systems, and are deleted at the end of the sprint. If the client asks in writing to keep them for a production build, they are kept only for that build and deleted when it goes live.

The data-flow brief for each engagement names the systems and the physical location where the sample is processed and stored.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@codercrew.xyz. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of email by replying to any message and asking to be removed.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest, including encrypted connections and access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Every account that can access client files is protected by multi-factor authentication. A written incident-response plan is maintained and is provided to clients on request.

10. Children

This website and our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last updated date.

12. Analytics

We collect basic analytics about visits to this site: the pages viewed, the approximate location (city and region) derived from your IP address, your device type and browser, and where you arrived from.

Our own analytics does not use cookies and does not store your IP address. Visitors are counted using a temporary identifier that is regenerated daily and cannot be traced back to you.

We also use Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) to recognise returning visitors and measure which pages are used. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, its advertising features are switched off, and we do not link it to any advertising account. You can prevent Google Analytics from running by installing Google's browser opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking cookies in your browser.

We do not sell analytics data or share it with advertisers.

This site stores two kinds of identifiers in your browser: first-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and a local-storage identifier set by Apollo.io for company-level visitor identification. Blocking cookies stops Google Analytics; to remove the Apollo identifier, clear this site's data in your browser. The site works without either.
