SMS Messaging Terms and Opt-In

1. Business
These SMS messaging terms apply to text messages sent by Coder Crew LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating at codercrew.xyz. Contact: hello@codercrew.xyz.
2. How to Opt In
The only way to opt in to text messages from Coder Crew LLC is through the contact form at codercrew.xyz/contact. The form collects your name and email (both required), your company and phone number (both optional), and your message. Directly beneath the phone field is a consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. You must actively check it to consent. The form submits successfully without it, and no text message is ever sent to a phone number where the box was not checked.
The checkbox label reads, in full:
“I agree to receive text messages from Coder Crew LLC about my inquiry, project, or scheduled appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.”
3. What We Send
Message types are limited to replies to questions you send us, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, missed-appointment follow-ups, and project status updates for active clients. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
4. Sample Messages
Examples of messages you might receive:
“Hi Jane, this is Mustafa from Coder Crew. Thanks for reaching out about your project. Are you free for a quick 15-minute call this week? Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg&data rates may apply.”
“Hi Jane, reminder about your call with Coder Crew tomorrow at 2:00 PM CT. Reply C to confirm or R to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg&data rates may apply.”
5. Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies based on your appointment and project activity. There is no fixed cadence, messages are sent only in response to activity you initiate or appointments you schedule. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of all further text messages from Coder Crew. You will receive one final confirmation message. To resume, contact us at hello@codercrew.xyz. Reply HELP at any time for assistance.
7. Privacy
Mobile information and text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
