Legacy Prime is one platform for all of it, on iOS, Android, and web: estimating, CRM, field operations, and payments. The part crews actually use is the assistant — a GPT-powered helper that takes plain English ("log the lumber receipt to the Hendricks job," "schedule the inspection for Thursday") and does the bookkeeping and scheduling itself. A Twilio-powered AI receptionist answers the office line when nobody can.
